If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Products that arrive damaged and are eligible for replacement will be replaced and shipped out. Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Jlilashes is not responsible for any packaging or mailing difficulties, shipping delays, or carrier interference once an order has been shipped.

Standard shipping typically takes 3–6 business days after processing.

Pickup orders are processed within 3–4 business days once payment has been received.
